Warning
Seminar possible, but no point reduction anymore. Only for risk minimization.
Revocation
Driver's license will be revoked. FES no longer possible. MPU likely required.
One Seminar. Two Components.
Both parts must be completed in coordination.
Traffic Pedagogy
The driving school component. Analysis of driving behavior and discussion of risk situations.
- Duration: 2x 90 minutes
- Content: Driving behavior observation
- Goal: Strengthen risk competence
Traffic Psychology
The psychological component. Individual sessions to develop strategies against further violations.
- Duration: 2x 75 minutes
- Content: Behavioral change
- Goal: Prevent relapse

Individual Planning
We schedule FES appointments personally to perfectly coordinate both parts.
Important Information About Point Reduction
The Points System
The German points system is divided into three levels. The goal is to issue warnings before revocation.
- 1-3 Points: Registration
- 4-5 Points: Caution (point reduction possible)
- 6-7 Points: Warning (no more reduction)
The 5-Year Rule
The law allows the reduction of 1 point only once every 5 years. Use this strategic advantage wisely.
