1. General Information

We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal regulations, in particular according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR

2. Data Collection When Visiting

When accessing our website, information such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and your IP address (shortened) are automatically collected. This data is technically required to correctly display the website and to ensure its stability and security.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest)

3. Use of Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve user-friendliness. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. You can revoke your consent at any time or deactivate cookies via the settings of your browser.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect the transfer of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar of your browser.

5. Contact

If you contact us by e-mail, via the contact form, via the pre-registration form for our Baldham branch or via a course booking form, your information will be stored to process your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR

In addition, we record a few non-personal attributes for each form submission in an internal analysis file: the type of form, the path of the page you submitted it from, the language, an optional preferred branch and an optional area of interest, plus whether an advertising click identifier was present when you submitted (only “yes” or “no”, and only if you previously consented to Google Ads). Name, e-mail address, phone number and message text are not stored there, nor are IP addresses or any identifier that could be traced back to you.

Purpose and legal basis: we evaluate these attributes in aggregate form only, in order to understand which pages and branches generate enquiries and to shape our services accordingly. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest is the demand-oriented design and economic management of our services. Retention: 14 months, after which entries are deleted automatically.

6. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited only after your explicit consent to measure page views, contact actions and the start of online registration. Depending on the event, Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the page path and Meta browser or click identifiers. After a successfully submitted contact or booking form, a SHA-256 hash of the e-mail address as well as event metadata may also be transmitted for attribution and duplicate detection. In addition, you can separately consent to Google Ads conversion measurement: a click identifier assigned by Google when you click an ad (gclid, wbraid or gbraid) is then stored in a first-party cookie (_pf_gclid, _pf_wbraid, _pf_gbraid) for up to 90 days and transmitted to Google server-side after a successfully submitted contact or pre-registration form to measure the performance of our ads; no further personal data is transferred to Google in the process. The provider of Google Ads conversion measurement is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; any transfer to the USA (Google LLC) is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR). TikTok conversion tracking is currently inactive. Without the respective consent no transmission takes place; if you withdraw consent, the associated cookies are deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Section 25 para. 1 TDDDG (consent)

7. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics with activated IP anonymisation. Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. You can object to the processing of your data via the browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)

8. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display location information. When calling up the map application, Google can collect personal data (e.g. IP address).
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)

9. Google Web Fonts

Google Fonts are integrated locally for the uniform display of fonts. There is no transfer of data to Google servers.

10. YouTube Videos
