Which Peters branch is right for me?
The four branches are Haidhausen, Giesing, Haar and Baldham. Baldham at the Rossinizentrum has been open since 14 September 2026; advice, registration and training are available at all four.
How does the Haar location differ from Haidhausen and Giesing?
The most important difference: Haar belongs to the Munich district (Landkreis München), not the city of Munich. That means your driver's license application goes through the Munich District Authority (Landratsamt München / LRA) instead of the KVR. Processing times and appointment availability may differ. The training itself is identical in content and quality — only the responsible authority changes.
Can I switch between Haidhausen, Giesing, Haar and Baldham?
Yes. Training can be coordinated across all four branches – theory and practice combine freely.
Where do I find theory lessons — does it apply to all locations?
Theory lessons take place at all four branches: Haidhausen (Mon + Thu), Giesing (Tue), Baldham (Tue) and Haar (Wed) – two double lessons per evening, at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm. As a Peters Fahrschule student you can attend any session at any location — fully flexible. Because Giesing and Baldham both teach on Tuesdays, up to eight double lessons per week are attendable. Which location is best for commuters from East Munich?
Haidhausen is directly connected to the S-Bahn main line. For Haar, Trudering and Grasbrunn the Haar branch is closest; from Vaterstetten, Baldham, Zorneding and Parsdorf you are quickest at Baldham.
Where is the driving simulator located?
Our Class B driving simulator is located at the open Haidhausen branch. Appointments are coordinated through the open branches. More about the simulator: /en/simulator/.

When does the new Baldham branch open?
The branch at Rossinistraße 15, 85598 Baldham has been open since 14 September 2026 – at the Rossinizentrum, opposite the Humboldt-Gymnasium, a few minutes from Baldham S-Bahn station (S4/S6). Reach us on 08106 3758270.
